    CHEYENNE ‐‐ Wyoming’s total resident population grew to 584,057 in July 2023, according to estimates just released by the U.S. Census Bureau. The annual increase from July 2022 was 2,428 persons, or 0.4%. This increase was slightly higher than the 0.3% growth that occurred in 2022.

The annual in crease from July 2021 was 1,898 persons, or 0.3 percent. Wyoming had similar annual growth from 2020 to 2021.
